Welcome! I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Agricultural Economics, Sociology, and Education at Penn State University. I earned my PhD in Sociology at Boston College in the Fall of 2023. Prior to attending Boston College, I received my BA in Economics and Political Science from Otterbein University in 2015, and my MPP from George Washington University in 2017.

My research interests include political economy, political ecology, environmental sociology, the structural determinants of health, demography, energy, and quantitative methods.
